Theme 1. The benefits of epistemology analysis on didactic studies

The analysis of epistemology clarifies the formation and development of a scientific term, or in a comprehensive way, presents the characteristics of researching activities. One of the contributions of epistemology analysis is that it allows questions asked about the knowledge in teaching. The papers on this topic focus on the studies to ensure the benefits of epistemology analysis on grasping the phenomena in teaching and learning.

Theme 2: Studies on primary education

Studies on primary education is one of the significant matters in society since it is the foundation for future learning and teaching. This theme aims to present some of various studies in teaching maths to primary students. It also addresses a range of problems in training teachers teaching in primary schools and the integration of technology in teaching maths for primary education.

Theme 3: Analysis of teachers’ teaching practice

The analysis of teachers’ training practice in didactic studies leads to the modelization of these practices. What theories for reference are based on? What observations need to be made? One special thing is that we devote meticulous attention to how teachers and students use teaching resources as well as educational technology. This theme leads to questions on problems in teacher training caused by the analysis of teachers’ training practice.
